Library Rules
Guidelines for a Respectful and Productive Learning Environment
The JCER Library follows rules and regulations designed to maintain a peaceful, organized, and resource-friendly environment.
All library users are expected to follow the applicable guidelines and handle library materials responsibly.
- Identity card should be shown at the checkpoint.
- Leave your bags, handbags and personal belongings outside of the library.
- Usage of mobile phone is prohibited.
- Maintain a Queue at the circulation counter.
- A borrowed book if recalled by the Librarian must be returned immediately.
- Renewals are allowed only when there is no claim by others. No phone renewal will be entertained.
- Students can borrow three books at a time.
- Books should be handled with great care and damage of books in any manner will be heavily fined.
- No person shall write on, damage or make any mark on any book, journal or other material belonging to the library.
- Students are prohibited to carry any book , learning materials without issue.
